Digital clock and its role in employee time management

    Tuesday, June 28th, 2011

After a few minutes wasted some may not seem like much in the grand scheme of things, but when multiplied by hundreds of thousands of staff hours and costs can quickly rise to astronomical levels. Digital Clock is strategically located, few people can have a huge impact on the efficiency of your employees.
    Personal Timezone
Most people have experienced disorientation associated with a trip to another time zone. Your body thinks it’s an hour and the other said. This type of jet lag does not require travel hundreds of miles. You get every time you go from one end of another business.
Each digital clock tells time you see a little differently. Each watch, mobile phone and computer with only a minute or two others. The difference may seem small, but small differences there are big problems. An employee arrived at the meeting on time according to your time zone, but five minutes later on another. Are they still waste five minutes of delay to the meeting, or whether they will take the time to bring newcomers up to speed?
Time management starts with knowing the time
Time is a commodity, and as reckless spending a waste of company resources. But the company has a team of accountants to accurately track cash and inventory is really arrogant and not make an effort to track and accurately represent the current time.
The company has little or no clock on the wall, so they are a waste of money. In the end, each computer shows the time and employees have the clock, so why spend money on watches? Reply official hours of show time. The workers can not argue that in real time. In real time is the time displayed on digital clocks. This creates a standard that everyone in the office can follow.

    Three steps to project Phantasmagoria

    Sunday, June 26th, 2011

If the project goes wrong, it can often be traced back to some form of misunderstanding. Any errors that may be, a project that does not do this because it is in a state that I call the project Phantasmagoria.
Since this is not a common term, let me provide a definition. Phantasmagoria is a “shift in a series of phantasms, illusions, or deceptive appearances, as in a dream or was created by the imagination.” While there may be some arguments about the use of the word, is generally agreed that Phantasmagoria is a state of belief in a false reality.
Sometimes, the project failed because of a false reality. This is a “series of fantasies shift” project, “delusion” project “, or deceptive appearances,” the project “.” Maybe it’s the individual team members, who live in a state of Phantasmagoria. Or maybe it’s a whole team. This may be a manager or the project itself. This may be your project management software. Maybe it was nothing but a series of shifts phantasms.

A business can achieve Phantasmagoria in three simple steps, each of which is worse than ever. I’ll explain them below.
    1. Phantasmagoria persons. This occurs when the smallest unit of the company, individual team members are not in sync with the goals of the project. The problem is not the priority. Persons unable to support the work of documentary, refusing to listen to advice from the manager, and ignore important data related to the project. When the final work that person does not meet the goals of the project, he could not understand why the manager was so angry.
    2. Team Phantasmagoria. This happens when the team lost track of the project. They can get into a kind of collective fraud in connection with the scope of the project. This example will be when the team has put too much detail in the results anticipated. Maybe they think about income, or even one step further, think about a steak dinner payday. In fact, the team did not find enough resources to start a project.

    Microsoft is dead?

    Friday, June 24th, 2011

Or is it a stupid question to ask? How can we question the viability of the largest software companies in the world when he was still very profitable, and certainly as dominant as it once was?
The first is that when we were here in the early ’80s (and the writer enough to have a direct experience of the time), IBM dominated the computing world. New PC market is largely in its infancy, Apple PCs are available in England we even have apricots, but word on the street that, when the IBM PC they began to speak, “slot machines” will be dropped. It is foolish to even consider investing in the PC market, after Big Blue made its mind up, they will dominate, and control of its own, because they have a whole world of the computer all the time at the moment, what features others do not.
Running IBM PC, has no effect, Apple and others feel, but fast forward 10 years, only to PC World 90s.The will be dominated by Microsoft and IBM, companies that can not put people to death faster than printers can produce a P45 per day it. Computation of the world will embrace all things Windows and Office, and Microsoft, the new mega-companies set to dominate the computer world.
So what happened? What causes a journalist to write with IBM in the early 90s? “The failure of companies are recognizing a movement from mainframe computers to smaller error in the result, manufacturers are still not fully recovered from today.” Well the world turns, as it does, and while using the computer was previously restricted to large monolith located in the basement air-conditioning suddenly, everyone has a computer at work. New medium was born, one that IBM poorly positioned to participate in let alone dominate. On the other hand, the new kid on the block (Microsoft) has an excellent opportunity to use this emerging market, developing an operating system for IBM PC DOS, they are also set to rebrand as MS DOS and dominate in the development of operating systems (in place of the PC market) during the many years to come.
